John Gault & Sons ("we", "us", or "our") operates https://b.pathwaydevs.me (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
We do not require you to provide personal information to browse the Service. We automatically collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and aggregated usage data, to operate and improve the Service.
We use the following third-party services that may collect information about your use of the Service: Google Analytics. These services operate under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. Data collected by these services may include device identifiers, pages visited, and interactions with the Service.
AI Reality provides AI chat features. To use them, you supply your own OpenRouter API key. The messages, prompts, and any content you submit are sent through OpenRouter to the AI model providers you select in order to generate responses. OpenRouter and those model providers process that content under their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of OpenRouter, including any charges on your OpenRouter account, is governed by your agreement with OpenRouter. Your API key is used only to send requests on your behalf. Do not submit sensitive personal information in chats.
The Service is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes technical information such as IP addresses and request logs as part of delivering the Service.
The Service uses Google Analytics (measurement ID [GA measurement ID — confirm]), provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Service. You can learn how Google uses this data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and may opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, understand usage patterns, and (where applicable) deliver relevant advertising. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent; however, some features of the Service may not function properly without cookies.
We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and maintain the Service; process transactions and send related information; respond to your comments, questions, and requests; monitor and analyze usage trends; detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraud; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request rectification of inaccurate data; request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Our legal bases for processing include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@pathwaydevs.org. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California residents have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; request deletion of personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To submit a request, contact us at support@pathwaydevs.org.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information; however, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Effective Date" and will be effective as soon as it is accessible through the Service.
If you have questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy, contact John Gault & Sons at support@pathwaydevs.org.
