These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and John Gault & Sons ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of https://b.pathwaydevs.me (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party; transmit malware, spam, or other harmful or deceptive content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of this section.
You retain ownership of content you submit, post, or upload to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely as necessary to operate the Service. You represent that you own or control all rights to your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any third party's rights. We may remove User Content at our discretion.
The Service relies on third-party AI models accessed through OpenRouter using an API key that you provide. You are responsible for your OpenRouter account, your API key, and any fees charged by OpenRouter or model providers. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and are provided for informational purposes only; you are responsible for evaluating and verifying any output before relying on it. You must comply with the terms and usage policies of OpenRouter and the applicable model providers.
The Service, including its text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of John Gault & Sons or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOHN GAULT & SONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located therein, and the parties consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on the Service with a revised effective date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions may be directed to support@pathwaydevs.org.
