These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and John Gault & Sons ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of https://pathwaydevs.software (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party; transmit malware, spam, or other harmful or deceptive content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of this section.
Fees for services are stated at the point of purchase. Payments are made through Stripe payment links and processed by Stripe, Inc. under its own terms. Any state filing fees or other third-party charges are as disclosed at the time of order. Except as required by law or expressly stated in a separate refund policy, payments are non-refundable once work on your order has begun. We may change our fees for future orders at any time.
The Service assists with preparing and submitting business formation paperwork based on the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that information. Approval of any filing is determined by the relevant government authority, and processing times are outside our control. The Service does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice; consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
The Service, including its text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of John Gault & Sons or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOHN GAULT & SONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located therein, and the parties consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on the Service with a revised effective date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions may be directed to support@pathwaydevs.org.
