What it does
Almost Uncensored TV is a video platform in the style of the big video sites, with far lighter restrictions on what people can post. The rules are short, and there are two hard lines: no sexual content involving minors, and no sexual violence.
Visitors can browse by recently added or trending, search videos and channels, and sign in to take part. A sensitive-content setting is built in, and it shows 'warned' by default.
- Browse by recently added or trending, plus search
- Two hard exclusions: minors in sexual content, and sexual violence
- Sensitive-content setting built in
- Runs on PeerTube, an open-source video platform

What it is for, and how it was built
What it is for: a place to publish video with broad creative freedom and a short, clear set of exclusions.
How it is made: we run our own instance of PeerTube, the open-source, self-hosted video platform. The page footer credits PeerTube. We configured it, branded it and wrote the short rules; the video software is PeerTube's. It is a Pathway Devs product.
Good to know
Content here is lightly restricted, and it is intended for adults 18 and over.
